The only problem is, we don’t know the names of the 100 employees fired by the DNI..it’s not public knowledge..that’s the difference..DOGE activities and internal debates have already been exposed by several organizations. The uproar was from exposing the names and photographs of the employees at DOGE, not the activity they do

There was in fact no allegation of "sexting." Sure, it is grounds for termination, but then again, since we have at-will employment, so are many things, including Elez's posts. As I pointed out, the same allegations against the NSA employees would either not have been made or have been treated as cancel culture run amok depending on the political coding of the accused.

The grounds for termination, as I state in the post, is using the messaging service for non-work related communication, so the specific question of whether it's "sexting" is immaterial to the question of whether there were grounds for termination. There were, as I've said in the original post and above.
